PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and stably discharge the static electricity when a fuel cap is touched by a hand in an opening/closing operation. SOLUTION: A fuel cap is provided with a casing body and a lid body 40, and a projection 46 for discharging the static electricity through a filler neck is formed on the lid body 40. In the lid body 40, when the first radiating direction D1 of maximum contraction where a holding part 42 is formed and the second radiating direction D2 of the minimum contraction are determined, four projections 46 for discharging are arranged in the third radiating directions D3, D4 approximately in the middle of the first radiating direction D1 and the second radiating direction, i.e., at 45 deg. relative thereto, i.e., on the concentric circles where the effect of the resin contraction is reduced. |
