PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the fine offset control of focus position. SOLUTION: This probe is composed of a cylinder opening both its terminals, and a coupler 4 for adjusting an interval between a main body 2 of probe and an object while freely attachably and detachably mounting its one terminal on an object counter face 3 of ultrasonic probe 1 is divided into a basic coupler 5 and a fine control coupler 6 so as to be mutually freely attached and detached along with its diameter direction. By changing the axial direction dimension of coupler 4 as needed, the interval between the main body 2 of ultrasonic probe and the object, namely, the offset of focus position can be freely adjusted. |
