PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an on-site installation working property without damaging an installation panel. SOLUTION: This clamp 1 uses a U-shaped base 11 having the holding part 12 of a linear material as a body 10, and consists of a U-shaped retainer 20 having a panel claws 22, 23 seated in the interior of the base 11 and inserted from an opening. A stop groove 17 at the lower side of the retainer 20 is constituted at the lower side of the base 11 at its opening side. A panel guide segment 16 for guiding the insertion of the panel is inwardly extended to form a state in which the panel insertably closes the opening. The retainer 20 is provided with the locking claws 22, 23 to yield point contact and line contact with respect to the panel.
