PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction caused by opening and closing of a door while the nip detecting sensitivity is kept high by controlling a nip preventing function to be inactivated during fixed time since the door of a vehicle is opened or closed. SOLUTION: When a control device is started by operation of an ignition switch 31, a microcomputer 20 operates a motor 11 in the direction of closing a window when a manual up switch 41 is operated to close the window. After the closing movement of the window is started, the operation stop for the window is executed according to the operating condition of the operation switch. Subsequently, according to the operating condition of a door switch 33, it is determined whether the door is opened or closed, and when the change from the open stae to the close state or from the close state to the open state is caused, the operation of a timer for clocking fixed time for inactivating the nip preventing function is started. The time when the fluctuation of an electric current due to opening and closing of a door continues is obtained to set the timer to the time a little longer than the above obtained time. |
