<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the positive and stable separation of a solvent without causing the deterioration of physical properties of a recovered resin solid matter and prevent the solvent from becoming fugacious to the outside, so that both resin solid matter and solvent can be recovered in an environment-friendly manner. SOLUTION: This hermetic recovery device comprises a dissolver 1 which dissolves waste plastic in a solvent, the body 3 of a recoverer which introduces a resin liquid of the dissolved waste plastic in a thermally molten state to separate the liquid into a resin liquid and the solvent, a pressure feed means 5 which feeds the resin liquid extracted from the body 3 of the recoverer in the form of yarn, a cooler 6 which produces a filiform resin solid matter by cooling the filiform resin liquid to be fed under pressure and a cutter 7 which cuts the filiform resin solid matter into tiny pieces. In this case, plural stages of separating parts 301a, 301b,... are formed using plural slant plates 302a, 302b,... which are heated in the body 3 of the recoverer. Further, the molten resin liquid is guided downward sequentially along the surfaces of the slant plates 302a, 302b,.... The plural separating parts 301a, 301b,... communicate with each other by gaps between the tips of the slant plates and the faces of the other slant plates.</p> |
