PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make inspection of a hall button, etc., of elevator from a monitor center located externally. SOLUTION: A button inspection device of an elevator is equipped with a monitoring computer 4 to monitor remotely the elevator from the outside, a telephone circuit 5 to connect between the elevator and computer 4, a hall button 2 installed in the elevator and having an electromagnet 10 which contacts a movable contact 8 with a stationary contact 9 when it 10 is energized, and a control board 1 which measures the time until the movable contact 8 makes contact with the stationary contact 9, wherein a signal to energize the electromagnet 10 is sent to the hall button 2 when a control means is fed with a signal from the monitoring computer 4, and when the time measured by the control board exceeds a certain value, an appropriate instruction is sent from the board 1 to the computer 4 via the telephone circuit 5. |
