摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nucleic acid sequence useful as a reagent, etc., for detecting a microorganism MO7 strain or its relative strain both having decomposability of a harmful substance, comprising a 16SrDNA of a new microorganism MO7 strain (FERM BP-5624) having a specific base sequence. SOLUTION: This nucleic acid sequence is a new 16SrDNA of a new microorganism MO7 strain (FERM BP-5624) having a base sequence expressed by the formula and is useful as a probe, etc., for specifically detecting a microorganism MO7 strain or its relative strain both having decomposability of a harmful substance. The nucleic acid sequence is obtained by subjecting a DNA separated from a new microorganism MO7 strain to a PCR amplification by using a primer comprising a partial base sequence of a 16SrDNA and repeating 30 times of cycles each consisting at 96 deg.C for 60 sec/at 55 deg.C for 120 sec/at 72 deg.C for 180 see by using a thermal cycler and heat-treating at 72 deg.C for 300 sec.
