PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work without removing a shrinkage tube or a lacquer by partly heating a cable part coated with a plastic sheath and compressively bonding a fastener member on the heated part. SOLUTION: A cable of desired characteristics is coated with a plastic sheath 14 in an extruding process and cut into cable parts 10 of desired length. The cable part 10 is heated at its end to which a fastener member 12 is compressively bonded and the fastener member 12 is compressively bonded. Since the plastic sheath 14 is preheated, the plastic sheath 14 comes from under the fastener member 12 in a compressively bonding process to form combination in required configuration between the fastener member 12 and the cable part 10. Plastic material, stable at a high temperature, can be used to coat the plastic sheath 14, so that mechanical and thermal damage to the cable part 10 is protected and prevented and lacquer removing labor is eliminated during work for simplifying work. |
