PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition in which the constituent ethylene resin and the constituent cellulose powder poorly compatible with each other are sufficiently compatibilized with each other and which is improved in mechanical properties such as impact resistance, moldability, especially extrudability by mixing a plurality of ethylene resins with a cellulose powder and a wax in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: At least two ethylene resins are mixed with a cellulose powder and a wax in a weight ratio of (30-89)/(10-60)/(1-15). The ethylene resin component used is one comprising a high-density polyethylene having a density of 0.945 or above, a melt index of 0.01-10 and a main peak value of the DSC melting point of 125 deg.C or above and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having a melt index of 0.01-10, an Mw/Mn ratio of 3.0 or below and a main peak value of the DSC melting point of 50-105 deg.C and produced by using a metallocene as the polymerization catalyst and has a weight ratio between them of (95-30)/(5-70) and a melt index of 0.01-10. |
