PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering method of binder without sublimating camphor and benzoic acid, etc., contained in the binder during operation of a vacuum sintering furnace after collecting the binder to a prescribed thickness even in the case of being one set of a binder collecting device, and a device therefor. SOLUTION: At the time of vacuum-sintering metallic powder, exhaust gas containing volatilized and scattered binder is introduced into a binder recovering device 1 and passed through from the exhaust gas inlet 11 to the exhaust gas outlet 12 in the binder recovering device 1, and the binder in the exhaust gas is cooled and solidified in the vessel 10. The binder is brought into contact with stainless steel strips 16 and collected and the collected binders are detached from the stainless steel strips 16 by deforming the stainless steel strip 16 to recover the detached binder. In such a way, at the time of recovering the binder, since the binder requires no heating as the conventional method, the binder can be recovered without sublimating the camphor and the benzoid acid contained in the binder during operation of the vacuum sintering furnace. |
