PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyacetal resin compsn. excellent in abrasion and friction characteristics and improved in moldability by compounding a polyacetal resin with a lubricating oil having specified physical properties. a silicone oil having hydroxyl groups, and a boric acid compd. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin (A) with 0.05-20 pts.wt. lubricating oil (B) which is based on at least one base oil selected from among silicone oils, polyalkylene glycols.α-olefin oligomers, paraffin oils, alkylated diphenyl ethers, etc., and is liq. at the molding temp. (usually 190-220 deg.C) of a polyacetal resin, 0.01-20 pts.wt. modified silicone oil (C) which has at least two hydroxyl groups and is selected from among silicone oils having alcoholic hydroxyl groups at the molecular ends and silicone oils having silanol groups at the molecular ends, and 0.001-3 pts.wt. boric acid compd.
