PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an aspect ratio by providing an entrance, a projection arrays having a plurality of entrance, projection openings arranged with a constant cycle, and an aperture array which has opening parts arranged with a constant cycle to confront the entrance, projection openings, is arranged between the entrance and projection arrays and satisfies a specific formula. SOLUTION: An entrance, a projection arrays 2, 3 having a plurality of entrance, projection openings 4, 5 arranged with a constant cycle are set at opposite positions via a predetermined distance. A thick-film opening aperture array 6 is disposed between the entrance and projection arrays 2 and 3. The aperture array 6 has a plurality of opening parts 7 confronting to the entrance and projection openings 4, 5. When the distance between the entrance and projection arrays 2 and 3 is T, an arrangement pitch of the entrance openings 4 is P, an opening half width of the entrance, projection openings 4, 5 is γ, ρ, an opening half width of the opening parts 7 is R, a distance from the entrance opening 2 to a face at the entrance side of the aperture array 6 is t1, a distance from the entrance opening 2 to a face at the projection side of the aperture array 6 is t2, the aperture array 6 is arranged to satisfy formulae I, II. |
