PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate mental and physical conditions even when there is a change in the moving direction of locus in the case of evaluating the mental and physical conditions of examinee from the heart rate calculated from the electrocardiographic signal of examinee and a locus chart obtained by plotting a variance RRV of pulsation intervals on a coordinate plane. SOLUTION: A load presenting part 1 sets a load and outputs the time for the fluctuation amount of load to be changed to a time lapse discrimination part 27. At an electrocardiographic analysis part 4, the heart rate and the variance RRV of pulsation intervals are calculated from electrocardiographic signals detected by a sensor 2, amplified and filtered by an electrocardiographic measuring part 3. At a locus chart processing part 5, the coordinate plane is newly provided for every time when the fluctuation amount of load changes, and the locus chart platting the numbers of heartbeats as axis of ordinates and the variance RRV as axis of abscisses is prepared and displayed on a locus chart display part 6. At a mental/physical condition evaluating part 7, the mental and physical conditions are evaluated from the movement of the locus. Since the locus chart is plotted on the other coordinate plane at every time even when the locus moving direction is changed, the mental and physical conditions can be evaluated for each locus chart. |
