The position of the air guide part 67B is set to a position for dividing the area of the opening part of the cold air output port 58 in a prescribed ratio of S1:S2, and the air intake guide part 67B is set to this position. Thus, the quantity ratio of a cold air carried in an air passage 54A to a cold air W2 carried in an air passage 54B is controlled to increase, for example, the capacity of the air passage 54A on the side having an element 69 having a large calorific value such as power transistor.</p>
