PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plaster matrix for nails capable of promoting the health through the nails and maintaining or improving the nails in healthy conditions by formulating a specific pharmacodynamically effective ingredient together with a tacky agent therein. SOLUTION: This plaster matrix for nails contains a tacky agent and a pharmacodynamically effective ingredient. For example, a cooling ingredient, a thermesthesic ingredient, an antimicrobial ingredient, a humectant ingredient and a keratin proliferation promoting ingredient can be cited as the pharmacodynamically effective ingredient. As for the pharmacodynamically effective ingredient, menthol, thymol, camphor, etc., are concretely preferred as the cooling ingredient. Glycerol, an extract from Guinea pepper and capsaicin, etc., are preferred as the thermestesic ingredient. Clotrimazole, miconazole nitrate, etc., are preferred as the antimicrobial ingredient and sodium hyaluronate, etc., are preferred as the humectant ingredient. An ecdysteroid, etc., are preferred as the keratin proliferation promoting ingredient. The amount of the pharmacodynamically effective ingredient is 0.01-10 wt.% based on the total amount of the matrix. An acrylic tacky agent is preferred as the tacky agent and preferably formulated in an amount of 0.1-99 pts.wt. |
