PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rebounding from a contact part when the impact is generated on the contact part of a lathe, by slidably accomodating a damping element inside of a bar extruding rod, and making the clamping element out of a mass with which a reducer is connected. SOLUTION: The damping elements 22, 24 are brought into contact with a plug 3 by a spring, which separates the same from a cylindrical body 6. When a bar material 15 from which a machined part is removed, is advanced by a distance corresponding to the collision with a contact part of a machine tool, a movable mass formed by a sleeve 22 and a reducer 24 keeps the advancing motion by the inertia, and compresses the reducer, whereby the kinetic energy held thereby tends to be dissipated. This dissipation generates the force of the reducer which cancels the rebounding of the bar material 15. Accordingly the bar material 15 can be kept on a position to be supported by the contact part of the machine tool. |
