PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain flow balance of injection resin such as flow conditions separating into both cavities at molding the same configurational front bumper and different configurational rear bumper in use of the same mold. SOLUTION: The device is that a recession 14 is formed on a stationary mold 1 at the different configurational part of a rear bumper. In this recession, a core 25 is secured in fitted relation. Also, a resin reservoir chamber 29 is formed on the joint surface between the stationary mold 1 of the core 25 and the movable mold 2. The volume of the resin reservoir chamber 29 is made into a capacity of absorbing the difference of an injection resin rate between the rear chambers R0 and R1 to keep the flow balance of injection resin. |
