PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molded body of high strength in which reinforced fibers remain after extrusion molding and the reinforced fibers are dispersed in and bonded with thermoplastic resin of a matrix by the unit of monofilaments. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molded body, thermoplastic resin impregnated reinforced fibers R or S formed of reinforced thermoplastic resin D containing thermoplastic resin A or modified thermoplastic resin C impregnated between monofilaments of reinforced fibers is introduced from a reinforced fiber introduction opening 23 into an extruder 21 in which thermoplastic resin B is in the kneaded molten state. A process in which the thermoplastic resin impregnated reinforced fibers R or S is mixed into the thermoplastic resin B and then passed through an extrusion die 22 to manufacture a molded is included in the method. Also in the case of using thermoplastic resin of high viscosity, the resin is used in the powdery shape and immersed into between monofilaments of reinforced fibers.
