PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing device capable of effectively sterilizing a solid subject to be processed based on the action of ozone. SOLUTION: This sterilizing device 1 is equipped with a casing 10 for enclosing a solid subject to be processed, S an ozone supply means supplying ozone into the casing 10, and a humidification means humidifying the inside of the casing 10, the humidification means being designed so that when ozone is supplied into the casing 10, it can wet the surface of the subject to be processed S which is enclosed in the casing 10. |
