PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying method of laver, capable of uniformizing temperature distribution in the interior of a drying chamber carrying out proper drying of laver, remarkably enhancing quality of layer and further remarkably increasing heat exchange efficiency for outside air. SOLUTION: Outside air taken in a combustion chamber 8 is previously preheated so that the difference of temperature from secondary air discharged from a drying chamber 4 is reduced and a mixed air of the secondary air and the preheated outside air is taken in the combustion chamber 8 and the air heated by heat exchange with a combustion pipe 11 in the combustion chamber 8 is fed to the drying chamber 4 and laver made, on a woven bamboo screen- like material for laver is passed though the interior of the drying chamber to dry the laver. |
