PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation feeling in release by a coil lock foot step parking brake. SOLUTION: This brake comprises a pole 9 which is supported by a bracket 3, has a side wall 28 coaxial with a brake operating member 2 and an oblong hole 19, and can be engaged by a claw part 29 with a sector 8, and a releasing lever 17 having a projection part 39 and an operation part, wherein the operation part is rotated coaxially with the pole 9 when the projection part 39 is pressed and rotated by the rotation of a release lever 7. Thus, when a brake releasing member 37 is pulled, the operation part of the releasing lever 17 is rotated, and the side wall 28 of the pole 9 is pressed to release the engagement of the pole 9 with the sector 8. |
