PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for thermoforming a polycarbonate resin foam sheet capable of manufacturing a molding having excellent external appearance, dimensional stability and mechanical physical properties in a short molding cycle by easily controlling temperature at the time of thermoforming with wide thermoforming temperature range. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin foam sheet (preferably closed cell ratio of 70% or more, density of 0.05 g/cm<3> or more, and thickness of 0.3 to 5 mm) containing a mixed resin of 100 pts.wt. of aromatic polycarbonate resin 0.3 to 10 pts.wt. of acrylic resin having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 200,000 to 1,300,000 as a base material is softened by heating, and molded by a mold. |
