PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unevenness of kneading by providing right and left stirring blades with a through hole in which a finger can be inserted, which is formed in such a manner as to occupy the area thereof by specified percentage, shift from each other by a specified amount and alternate with a difference in level, and further providing a circular-arc recess on the lateral blade peripheral edge part of a partition between the through holes and an upward return piece on the blade upper end, respectively. SOLUTION: The right and left upper ends of a stirring blade 6 are provided with a return piece 24. Further, right and left upper material through holes 18, 19 are provided alternately right and left with a difference in level of about the half of a step right under the right and left return pieces 24. Plural through holes 20-22 are provided in the center and lower part of the stirring blade 6. Each through hole 18-22 has such a size as to allow a finger to pass therethrough and the total area occupying 70-80% of the area of the stirring blade 6. Thus, the material can be prevented from adhering to the upper surface of the return piece 24 by the through holes 18, 19 right under the return piece 24. Further, the holes have such a size as to allow a finger to pass therethrough, whereby the material can smoothly pass through the through holes 18-22 so as to improve the stirring efficiency. Furthermore, cleaning can be facilitated. |
