PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware with a non-contact data carrier which withstands any adverse condition as existing during washing when it is exposed to a severe environment or violently handled. SOLUTION: In this tableware with a non-contact data carrier, internal parts 30 of the non-contact data carrier are set in a container 41 made of ABS formed almost into a doughnut corresponding to the outline of a loop coil antenna 32, Then, an epoxy resin is injected into the container 41 and hardened to make a ring-shaped resin sealed body 43 of the non-contact data carrier. Thereafter, the ring-shaped resin sealed body 43 is set at a fixed position in an injection molding die 50 for forming a tableware and a resin is injected into the die 50 to harden.
