PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the occurrence of unevenness in an exhaust gas reflux rate between cylinders and to prevent the occurrence of deposit on a throttle valve. SOLUTION: In this exhaust gas reflux device, EGR(Exhaust Gas Reflux) gas is introduced to an intake pipe situated in the rear of the throttle valve of an intake system and upper stream from a collector. EGR gas introduction ports 34 and 35 to the intake pipe 23 of an external reflux passage 31 are opened in the rear position of the two free ends 27a and 27b of a throttle valve 27 in a closed state and in a cross flow type arranged from the peripheral tangential direction of the section of the intake pipe and opposite to an inflow direction and the throttle valve is positioned at a given downstream angle with the direction of a flow of fresh air in the intake pipe 23.
