The module consists of a block of concrete or similar material which, having a rectangular contour, has, on its lower face, a recess 2 which allows the evacuation of rainwater when said module or block 1 is placed against a kerb in order to form a raised area of the roadway and to constitute, for example, an area at which buses can stop, either formed by a single module 1 or, alternatively, by the collateral arrangement of a number of these. The module or block 1 has recesses 3, both in its upper face and in its lower face, which, when facing each other, allow the formation of a passage or orifice, subject to breakage of the part of the block which is included between the two recesses, so that the feet (legs) of, for example, a signalling barrier can be anchored in these orifices. <IMAGE>
