PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet which, even when it is applied to the surface of a coating film in a state containing water to protect it, does not cause the coating film to undergo denaturation or discoloration even after long-term continuos application and can allow the protective sheet to remain in an adhered state as such without peeling by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back of a multilayer substrate composed of a water-barrier layer being the face and a water-permeable layer being the back. SOLUTION: A water-barrier layer 11 made of a resin such as a polyolefin, a polyurethane, a polyester or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer is laminated with a water-permeably layer 12 made of a porous material having a mean pore diameter of 10μm or below, especially 0.0010-2μm or a porous material having an apparent density of 0.85 g/cm<3> or bellow and having a moisture permeability of 50 g/m<2> .24 hr or above, especially 1,000-10,000 g/m<2> .24 hr (as measured according to JIS K-0208) to obtain a multilayer substrate 1 having a thickness of 5-500μm, especially 20-200μm. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 made from at least one rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive selected among a polyisobutylene, a butyl rubber, and an A-B-A block copolymer is formed on the surface of the layer 12.
|
