PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the maximum amount of tension-fastening force by holding a support member and an operation member by a locking means acting in a radius direction in a fastening device. SOLUTION: An operating member 6 is revolved to a stopped second support member by an operation lever 7, whereby a rolling element is loaded on a tread face-shaped travel path. On this occasion, a upheaval part reaches a range of a spring member 15. A wedge-shaped molded part 17 of the spring member 15 reaches a circular arc part of the upheaval part. Whereby the spring member 15 is almost upheaval, and is displaced to an ousted in a radius direction by a time when a contact face of the upheaval part is completely passed through the wedge-shaped molded part 17 of the spring member 15. In addition, the spring member 15 is sprung back to an inside in the radius direction, and the partial spring-back rotation to the other is prevented by a locking means. |
