PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve driving precision by controlling a position by applying torque opposite to the rolling direction to a drilling leading body through a casing pipe by a rotational control device set on the side of a driving machine main body. SOLUTION: A wheel oscillating hydraulic cylinder 4E is installed on a rotating wheel of a rotational control device 4 after the rotating wheel is stored in a wheel case 4B. Additionally, the wheel oscillating hydraulic cylinder 4E is connected to the rotating wheel by a chain, and the chain is connected to a chain stud. Thereafter, reciprocal motion of the wheel oscillating hydraulic cylinder 4E is converted to rotational motion and oscillates the rotating wheel. This oscillating motion of the rotating wheel is transmitted to a drilling leading body through a casing pipe 2A by a casing pipe chuck 4D installed in the inside of the rotating wheel. Consequently, as an inspecting and measuring target, a CCD camera and a directional correction device are at specified positions, accurate inspection and measurement and precise directional correction can be carried out and driving precision is improved. |
