METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING EMBOSS OF POLYPROPYLENE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring embossment with excellent embossment transferability without decreasing fabricability due to melting of a film surface or without external appearance fault to a polypropylene film having satisfactory fabricability such as bending and sticking on a complicated shape. SOLUTION: The polypropylene film 1 having a layer made of polypropylene oriented film and existing at least on one front surface so that tensile elastic moduli in a flowing direction of the film and in a direction perpendicular to the flowing direction of the film are 300 to 2000 MPa is emboss transferred under heating conditions that a film surface temperature immediately after the emboss transfer becomes 30 to 150 deg.C and a liner pressure at the time of emboss transferring becomes 10 to 60 kg/cm by using an emboss transfer unit having an embossed surface including Shore hardness of metal material of Hs10 or more of a surface hardness and a nip surface including durometer hardness of D30 or more of a surface hardness so that a layer to become the film is brought into contact with the embossed surface.
