PURPOSE:To obtain the subject resin, containing a specific urethane-modified (meth)acrylate and a specified polyfunctional acrylate, excellent in mechanical characteristics of cured films, balance between hardness and processability, fouling resistance and brightness. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin containing (A) an urethane-modified (meth) acrylate prepared by reacting (i) a polycaprolactone polyol having >=500, preferably 500-1250 molecular weight with (ii) a diisocyanate compound (e.g. 2,4- tolylene diisocyanate) and (iii) an acrylic or methacrylic acid ester having OH group [e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate] and (B) a polyfunctional acrylate expressed by the formula. Furthermore, the component (A) is preferably obtained by reacting one mol component (ii) with 2.5-3.5mol component (i) and 2.5-3.5mol component (iii). |
