The device has a housing (1) supporting a keyboard (5) on which sums of a particular currency can be composed. The keys (8,10) indicate the currency which can be converted by the device. The device has a memory which stores the conversion rates for the currencies it is designed to convert, and has a processor (12) which processes a sum of money (D1) to be converted, which is input via the keyboard. The conversion is indicated by pressing one of the currency indicating keys (8,10), which is successively displayed on a display (3). |
