The invention concerns a dispensing apparatus characterised in that it comprises an adjusting device (D) ensuring a constant pressure of the reel (B) on the spindle (3), the device being associated with each reel-holder (6) arm (6.a - 6.b) with resilient flexibility, rails (8) forming a slide being arranged between the housing (1) side wings (1b) and the reel-holder arms (6a, 6b) to allow the limited sliding movement of the sliders (9) mounted floating on said rails (8) with elastic capacity for controlled and adapted movement and enabling the material to be maintained constantly stretched on the spindle (3) according to the depletion of the material on the reel (B). |
