The invention concerns an electric or electronic circuit element free from electric microdischarge, comprising a sealed chamber (1) provided with external connection terminals (10, 11) and defining an empty space consisting in gas residual pressure. An electric circuit connected internally to connection terminals is placed in the sealed chamber (1), thereby eliminating the electric microdischarges. The invention is applicable to reactive electric circuits encapsulated under reduced gas pressure. |
