A modular system (10) constituted by cradles (11; 51) for conveying different kind of bakery products inside of a working and/or production plant, said plant comprising at least a unit provided with a chain conveyor (16; 22; 23; 41) suitable to horizontally or vertically move said cradles (11; 51) by means of suitable motors (24; 25; 26; 43). Said cradles (11; 51) are provided with pairs of wheels (15) constrained to move on guides (18; 19; 44) associated to the path of said motion chains. On one hand the cradles (11; 51) may removably be constrained to the horizontal translation chains (16; 23; 41) by means of first coupling means (13; 14; 40); on the other hand the cradles may removably be constrained to the vertical translation chains (22) by means of second engaging means (21) acting on said wheels (15). The respective horizontal and/or vertical translation movements are coordinated and synchronized. |
