FIELD: manufacture of composite powders. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of solid composite powder covered with Co and/or Ni in solution includes liquid reduction of mentioned materials from corresponding salts with use of polyoil with keeping of specified powder in suspension. Polyoil functions simultaneously as solvent and reducing agent and is present in such quantities that there are five times as many polyoil moles as metal moles. As result powder with coat is produced that can be densified and sintered to material containing solid generators in phase of binder after addition of compacting substance.
