FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in using pharyngeal flaps on upper feeder legs cut on posterior wall of pharynx conditionally divided into parts, in side compartments of pharynx, while simultaneously passing onto side walls of pharynx, after which distal ends of pharyngeal flaps are sewed on according to "on ourselves" principle and to tissues of nasal mucous- muscular layers of side walls of pharynx and palatal curtain, their wound surfaces being closed with preliminarily formed oral mucous- muscular layer of tissues of side walls of pharynx and palatal curtain. EFFECT: accelerated treatment and improved quality of speech restoration. 4 dwgw
