The installation includes a galvanizing section (1) with cleaning, degreasing, activating, pickling, preliminary zinc coating, copper coating, final zinc coating and black chromating baths, with associated rinsing baths, and blow driers (3, 31). The installation further includes a sand blasting station, a video optical check station (9) with optoelectronic camera systems (10) and illumination units (11). An automatic sorting station (13), printing and impregnation stations (17), and a laser station (19) with a laser gun (20) for re-metallization of certain surface zones of the components complete the list of the constituent parts of the installation.
