Concentric lifting device, especially for replacing stirrer seals, operates either (i) hydraulically with the hydraulic cylinder (1) being integrated in the lifting bearing shaft (2) and the pressure medium being supplied to the hydraulic cylinder through the piston rod (3) in the axially fixed bearing shaft (4); (ii) mechanically with the lifting spindle being mounted in a rotatable but axially fixed manner in the axially fixed bearing shaft; or (iii) both hydraulically and mechanically with no load or wear occurring in the lifting device.
