FIELD: security equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has external and inner cylinders which are made from flexible material and are mounted for opposite direction of their bottoms with respect to one another. In addition device has unit for relative locking of cylinders. Inner cylinder has hole in bottom along its axis and corresponds to double cross sizes of check wire. Longitudinal through cuts are made from face end to bottom. External cross size of inner cylinder is less than inner cross size of external cylinder by cross section of check wire. EFFECT: prevention of unauthorized access and repeated use, simplified manufacturing and possibility to mount without additional tools. 2 dwgy
