SUBSTANCE: device has bush with internal thread and external stiffeners with ring provided with external thread which is mounted between ends of pipes. Bush and ring are made from dielectric material. Bush is crewed on threaded ends of pipes between whose ends dielectric ring screwed in bush is preliminarily mounted.
