METHOD OF CLEANING OF CAPILLARY-POROUS MEDIUM FROM CONTAMINATIONS BY PETROLEUM AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

FIELD: means of control of petroleum and petroleum products contamination of soil, grounds and other environment objects having capillary-porous structure. SUBSTANCE: method provides for introduction of solution of petroleum-oxidizing microorganisms in the zone of cleaning. Electrodes (anode and cathode) are placed in the zone of cleaning, direct current is passed between them for creation of electroosmotic motion of solution of petroleum-oxidizing microorganisms. Solution accumulated near the cathode is gathered and introduced in the zone of cleaning. The method provides for delivery of petroleum-oxidizing microorganisms to the required depth, improves the conditions of their vital activity as far as the content of oxygen and moisture is concerned.
