There is disclosed a water miscible ceramic screen printing ink comprising a ceramic enamel dispersed in an aqueous screen printing medium, and which additionally comprises a water-proofing agent. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the ink, a transfer comprising the ink and a process for decorating a heat-resisting base.
