Windscreen wiper heating process for road vehicles

The heating process involves tapping the cooling water circuit of the vehicle engine on the hot water side and conveying the hot water to the wiper blade, where it yields its heat to the blade before being returned to the cooling water circuit. The device used to implement the process comprises a heating tube (3) parallel to the wiper lip on the blade, connected by input and output hoses (1,2) to the engine cooling water system. One, two or all three of the free sides of the blades may each have their own heating tube.
