SUBSTANCE: method increases accuracy of estimating state of hypophysial-hypocorticoid system from concentrations of adrenocorticotropin, somatotropin, aldosterone, and hydrocortisone; and state of insular apparatus of pancreas from concentrations of immunoreactive insulin in human blood plasma as function of sex, age, Kaetle weight-height index and taking into consideration data of correlation analysis of relations between estimated anthropometric and hormonal indexes. State of the two systems is estimated by means of radioimmunologic examination of blood plasma as function of sex, age (1st group, 20-24 years; 2nd group, 25-29 years; 3rd group, 30-34 years), Kaetle index, and presence of correlation between examined indexes.
