FIELD: repair of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: device has body with side walls, base, cutting wedge-shaped surface changing into subsurface cultivator in base. Secured on side walls are detachable undercutting cheeks with undercutting plates and stabilizers made in form of plates. Support is secured on base. Pipe raising device is made in form of cross-piece fitted rollers. Cross-piece is placed on section of pipe line to be withdrawn, undercutting plates are placed before cross-piece under pipe line and body is placed on pipe line. Undercutting plates are secured on subsurface cultivator of body by means of undercutting cheeks. Subsurface cultivator is connected with cross-piece and truck tractor by means of ropes. During motion of truck tractor, body penetrates into ground forcing it apart and packing it. Cross-piece raises pipe line from slit thus formed. EFFECT: reduced power requirements. 2 cl, 4 dwgn
