METHOD OF PACKING AND MOULDING OF PRODUCTS OF SOLID WOOD AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION

FIELD: wood-working. SUBSTANCE: packing and moulding of product are accomplished by simultaneous action of external static load on blank placed in a mould, acting along the mould longitudinal axis, and of three-dimensional field of acoustic waves. The three-dimensional field is set up by imparting acoustic vibrations to the mould having a longitudinal component directed along the mould longitudinal axis, and two transverse components directed normally to the mould longitudinal axis and tangentially to the perimeter of the mould cross-section. Radiating surface of the device transducer with concentrator of longitudinal acoustic vibrations conjugates to the surface of the groove made on the external surface of the mould inlet. The concentrator axis of symmetry is shifted relative to the central plane of the mould inlet. EFFECT: enhanced equidensity of product and its resistance to mechanical action. 3 cl, 2 dwge
