Contact lens holder on cornea during fundus region operations

The round contact lens holding ring (5) is joined via a ball joint to a chain of four holding bars (1-4), the mutually perpendicular bars joined by three hinge joints to be fixed by U-type fork in different positions of the lid holder. The instrument is made of Titanium and enables the contact lens to be variously positioned on the cornea of the eye undergoing the operation. The holder can make use of a single holding bar similarly flexibly joined to the holding ring (5), using the guiding hand in this case to act as lid closer.
