FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of armature current detector, first comparator, first pulse distributor, which outputs are connected to control inputs of power gates, serial circuit of excitation current detector, first adder, second comparator, second pulse distributor, pulse power amplifier, which provides power supply of excitation winding, armature current setter, which output is connected to second input of first comparator, first input of second adder, which second input is connected to its output and to second input of dividing unit. Output of excitation current setter is connected to first input of dividing unit and second input of first adder. First input of multiplier is connected to output of dividing unit; its second input is connected to output of second adder. Output of multiplier is connected to second input of second comparator. In addition device has serial circuit of setting voltage generator and controlled power supply. Input of setting voltage generator is connected to output of dividing unit. Output of regulated power supply is connected to voltage setting input of pulse power amplifier. EFFECT: suppression of fluctuations of instantaneous electromagnetic momentum. 2 dwg
