GEOPHYSICAL METHOD OF SEARCH AND PROSPECTING FOR HYDROCARBON DEPOSITS

FIELD: oil and gas geology. SUBSTANCE: technical outcome of invention lies in reduction of number of prospecting holes thanks to more exact definition of parameters of investigated object and of hole distortion so that it passes through maximum possible part of productive pool up to break-up of water and oil or water and gas contact. Unification of hole functions of search, prospecting and possibly production makes it possible to optimize process of putting objects into production. Essence of invention lies in performance of geophysical investigations, in drilling of hole to depth necessary to conduct hole seismic operations that enable spatial position of object to be defined more exactly, in determination of azimuths of strike and angles of incidence of productive pool included in it, in distortion of hole along azimuth ensuring passage of maximum possible distance by it in productive pool in direction of angle of its incidence.
